Partnering with Wunderman's sister agency POSSIBLE, I'm working on the migration workstream of Fresenius’s existing digital properties by consolidating 70+ individual properties under a single umbrella.

I was responsible for full life cycle analysis and documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Implementation Plans for the complete consolidation of Fresenius’ websites. Throughout the project, I analyzed and documented interfaces and dependencies in the existing architecture, as well as elicited user and business requirements to help optimizing the UI/UX for the new domain.
